  • If you are late for your appointment, you may experience a reduced service time in order for the service provider to prepare for the next guest OR you may be asked to use another service provider if there is one available.
  • If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to let us know at least 6 hours prior.
  • A no-show fee will be applied if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel your appointment with less than 6 hours notice. The no-show fee consists of 100% charge of the service appointment booked. You may also be asked to use a credit card to hold any future appointments.
